Key responsibilities include managing the catering budget, establishing strong relationships with school staff, recruiting and training catering staff, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Group Manager or General Manager, excellent coaching and delegation skills, and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances in a fast-paced environment. They will also be financially astute, able to create and maintain budgets, and drive commercial performance. Additional responsibilities include identifying opportunities for growth, innovation, and improvement in menu offerings, service delivery, and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will be able to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and adapt to challenges with a solution-oriented perspective. They will also have excellent strategic thinking and critical reasoning skills.
