The Role As an Occupational Therapist, responsibilities include: Providing occupational therapy to patients with mental health conditions and neuro-cognitive disorders. Conducting holistic assessments and implementing individualised rehabilitation plans. Supporting patients in developing independent living skills for reintegration into the community. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient recovery and care. Engaging with families, carers, and external agencies to ensure comprehensive support. Contributing to service development and quality improvement initiatives. Candidate Requirements HCPC registered Occupational Therapist. Experience in mental health, rehabilitation, or dementia care preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for patient-centered care and recovery-focused interventions.
