Description About the role Corserv Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced, talented and motivated person with a proven ability to lead a design team and support the delivery of infrastructure projects. This is an interesting role in which the key responsibility is to lead and manage multidisciplinary civil engineering projects. You will be responsible for a growing team of engineers and technicians within the design group. About you To be the successful candidate you will need a high level of technical competence and experience in design. You should hold a degree/HNC in Civil Engineering (or relevant qualification) and professional qualifications. You should be able to demonstrate that you: Relevant degree to the position; Have a proven track record for coordinating design solutions and managing project deliverables for civil engineering schemes; Are experienced in delivering designs in accordance with relevant national and local design standards; Can maintain a positive and profitable relationship with clients and key stakeholders; Have experience in delivering multiple work streams/projects through programme and commercial governance, including the production of project costs and complete forecasts; Are able to use current design software to design, check and audit civil engineering designs; Have the ability to supervise and mentor team member.
