They set strategies, build meaningful relationships, analyse data, collate impactful market intel and support both brokers and customers to facilitate business growth.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
Your role could include:
* Sourcing data in a secure manner
* Collating and formatting data to present for review and further analysis across a number of different MI platforms
* Blending data by combining it from various sources and formats to explore its relevance
* Analysing simple and complex data to support business outcomes, using different methods to analyse the data
* Collaborating with people at all levels with a view of creating value from the data
* Exploring new ways to improve our data insight capabilities and delivery to sales teams and brokers
* Staying up-to-date with market changes, distribution methods, and our competitive position
* Building and maintain strong relationships with our internal and external stakeholders
* Helping build, develop and improve our broker relationships through the delivery of effective and insightful MI

* Collect, format and save datasets.
* Summarise and explain gathered data.
* Blend data sets from multiple sources and present in format appropriate to the task.
* Manipulate and link different data sets as required.
* Use tools and techniques to identify trends and patterns in data.
* Apply basic statistical methods and algorithms to identify trends and patterns in data.
* Apply cross checking techniques for identifying faults and data results for data project requirements.
* Audit data results.
* Demonstrate the different ways of communicating meaning from data in line with audience requirements.
* Produce clear and consistent technical documentation using standard organisational templates.
