To undertake assigned tasks, support projects, audits and quality improvements within the practice To become involved and provide support with certain aspects of the Practice Manager's workload whilst managing the wider team To provide supportive leadership and guidance to the team To liaise and work alongside other practices and organisations to support our patients, practice and PCN To lead on complaints received and support the management team to reply to complaints in a timely manner Ensure all HR processes are adhered to Oversee and organise team appraisals, training and development Ensure effective response and resolution to staff grievances and disciplinary issues To support with financial aspects of the practice, such as assisting with payroll, petty cash etc To organise and maintain health and safety regulation for each site Updating of policies and procedures Reviewing and negotiating business contracts with suppliers and services required for the running of the business. Leave requests To support the Practice Manager with PCN meetings and related workload To support the Practice Manager with strategic business and workforce planning To support the Practice Manager to produce reports for the Practice and PCN To attend PCN meetings in the absence of the Practice Manager To ensure robust agendas are produced and subsequent actions are achieved at departmental meetings To ensure compliance and regularly review CQC standards.
