Requirements:
* Conduct detailed assessments of mental health needs, including risk assessments and evaluations of social, emotional, and environmental factors.
* Develop, implement, and review individualized care plans in collaboration with service users, their families, and other professionals, with a focus on recovery and well-being.
* Provide therapeutic support, counselling, and crisis intervention tailored to individuals’ mental health needs.
* Advocate for service users’ rights and needs, ensuring they access appropriate services and resources
* Coordinate care with healthcare providers, community services, housing agencies, and other relevant organisations to deliver integrated and cohesive support.
What we are looking for in a Social Worker:
* Social Work England registration
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Hold a full UK licence
* Post-qualified experience
* Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
