• The Role: To support an individual who has a diagnosis of FND and lives with her husband and two children to maintain her independence by supporting with personal care, nutrition and reminding of medication. The diagnosis of FND has an impact on her daily living tasks as will cause stroke like symptoms which can cause loss of consciousness and will require you to call for emergency services. A care line is in the property and is pressed if any warning signs are experienced. This is an employed position.
Main Duties:
• To support with personal care and dressing
• Preparing breakfast, lunch, and evening meal for children also
• Remind about medication.
• Batch cooking.
• Domestic tasks
• Escort to appointments and social activities.

You must be able to prove the right to work in the UK. No sponsorships are available.
Hours:
• 7.00-8.00am Monday - Friday
• 8.00-9.00am – Saturday
• 4.00-4.45pm Monday-Saturday
• 4 x hours a week for extra tasks (batch cooking and appointments)
Pay: £11.44 per hour
