**About the Role**
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Home Deputy Manager to support our delivery of high-quality care. In this role, you will work closely with the General Manager, taking on leadership duties in their absence. Your responsibilities will include ensuring care standards, motivating your team, and inspiring them to provide the best possible quality of life for our residents.
To achieve this, you will lead by example, monitor standards through regular audits and clinical practice, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will also develop and deliver strategies to help you meet your goals and set the highest standards for yourself and your team.
**What You Need to Succeed**
To be successful in this role, you will need experience in caring for residents with different health needs and a proven track record of managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments. We also require some HR experience, a strong knowledge of sales and marketing, and an understanding of budget management.

**Estimated Salary:** £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
