Personal Assistant to Senior Leadership Team

The ideal candidate will be someone passionate about student mission, a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail. This person should have experience working in an office environment, performing administrative duties, and providing support to leaders. Given the dynamic nature of Fusion, we require the successful applicant to have a flexible attitude and remain consistent while maintaining the confidentiality of high-level systems and operations. This role will receive coaching support from the EA to the National Team Leader to engage with existing SLT activity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Headline Objectives
1. Provide administrative support to the Fusion Senior Leadership Team (SLT), particularly the Head of Mission and Head of Partnerships.
2. Manage communication with team members by liaising with internal and external connections on various projects and tasks.
3. Plan and orchestrate work to ensure that SLT priorities are met, team goals are achieved, new resources are developed and best practices are upheld.
Administrative Support for Head of Mission and Head of Partnerships
1. Coordinate diaries and help schedule meetings and speaking invites.
2. Draft, edit, and manage correspondence, including emails, letters, and reports.
3. Assist the Head of Mission and Head of Partnerships in being prepared for meetings, taking minutes and following up on actions.
4. Help plan and book travel, as well as submission of timely expenses for the Head of Mission and Head of Partnerships.
5. Monitor project plans to ensure deadlines are met by the Head of Mission and Head of Partnerships.
6. Where capacity allows, provide administrative support for projects within the Operations team.
Communication
1. Communicate the Fusion vision and values through phone, email and written communication, including a willingness to pray for others.
2. Capture minutes and actions from SLT meetings where required.
3. Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials.
4. Review and edit content for grammar, style, and consistency with Fusion Voice.
5. Act as a liaison between the Head of Mission and Head of Partnerships and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
Ministry Partnership Development
1. Cover 50% of salary through a team of partners who give financially to the movement;
2. Grow and maintain a team of partners who pray for and financially contribute to your role, allocating 10% of your time to raising partners;
3. Communicate regular updates, stories and prayer requests to your team;
4. Extend ongoing invitations to new people to join your team.
