Alderman White School is looking for a motivated, energetic and organised individual to become our Site Manager working 37 hours per week, all-year round (working on a 2-week rolling rota) The successful candidate will lead and manage a site and cleaning team, organise and carry out regular health and safety compliance checks and liaise with external contractors. These duties are essential to ensure the school’s facilities are well-maintained, secure, and conducive to a positive learning environment. The School Site Manager should show a commitment to the aims, policies, and ethos of the Trust and strive to maintain these through personal conduct and effective relationships with colleagues and students.
