Prince are working with a prominent international business that is based in Telford who is looking for a customer support administrator to join them on a permanent basis. The Administrator will be responsible for providing a professional and proficient service to their global customer base by supporting with the effective scheduling of engineer & installers diaries, and all associated tasks to ensure work is completed as arranged.
Duties will involve:
* Maintain accurate and up to date paper and computerised customer files.
* Processing of all customer enquiries, including generating quotations, processing orders and dispatch of goods.
* Generating and issuing recommended system spares quotations.
* Assist in the provision of performance accounting reports for quotations, orders, services.
* Assist in arranging all scheduled and non-scheduled service visits and installations worldwide.
* Assist in scheduling internal resources, including customer support, engineering and manufacturing.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
* Good working knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Advanced organisation skills.
* Developed IT competence.
* Experience / exposure to a customer support role is desirable.
* Confident, positive and energetic disposition.
* Keen to accept responsibility and accountability.
* Self-driven for continued learning and development.
