About the role
Sunseeker International is now looking to welcome an experienced and effective HR Business Partner (HRBP) into the Human Resources team at the Sunseeker Shipyards in Poole, Dorset.
As a HRBP, you will be key in building on a strong and positive culture to drive continued success against our People strategy and organisational goals. You will take ownership of all cases within your allocated areas of the business, managing casework and projects relating to discipline, grievance, bullying and harassment, mediation, absence management, engagement, capability and organisational change. As a HRBP at Sunseeker, you'll strive to develop strong working relationships with the wider management team, to provide proactive support to line managers for all day-to-day operational issues.
About the team
You will be joining a newly restructured Human Resources department, reporting into our Business Partnering Lead. Our HRBPs will operate within an allocated area of the business, working closely with colleagues across the team and forming strong, trusting relationships with key stakeholders and all relevant members of the Sunseeker team.
About you
* Extensive proven success in a similar role and working environment, preferably within the manufacturing or marine industry
* Possess CIPD Level 5, or similar, with numerous examples of applying this knowledge successfully
* Influential and calm communicator, especially under pressure or in extenuating circumstances
* Resilient and meticulously organised, operating with high energy to inspire colleagues and drive success
* Understanding of resolutions and case work, with working understanding of wider HR functions and processes
