As an HR Business Partner, you will be working with the Management teams of 3 sites on the Isle of wight and providing comprehensive HR services.The HR Business Partner will be an enthusiastic and highly efficient, organised person with the ability to work as part of the team and independently. You will be capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment, while mentoring and coaching managers in the application of HR policies and practices.The HR Business Partner will be expected to provide advice, support and guidance to senior leaders on the full range of standard and complex employee relations and casework with an emphasis on improving performance management.The HR Business Partner will carry out proactive intervention at an informal level and provide training and support for managers to drive forward people-led improvement.
