We are looking to appoint somebody who has a positive mind-set, is proactive and flexible to support our pupils pastorally and behaviourally. Previous experience supporting children with their individual pastoral and behavioural needs is essential. Knowledge and experience of Hertfordshire's Therapeutic Thinking (previously Hertfordshire STEPs) is an advantage by not essential. The post is for 37 hours per week (8:30-4:30 M-Th and 8:30-4pm F), term time only. We reserve the right to interview candidates before the closing date. We will ask shortlisted candidates to: · Complete a Criminal Record Self-Declaration form where they will be required to declare all unspent cautions and convictions; and, any adult cautions (simple or conditional), and spend convictions that are not protected as defined by the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (as amended in 2020) · Complete a Childcare Disqualification Declaration form (where applicable).
