We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Assistant to join our dynamic team, which is growing exponentially in the semiconductor industry with offices in the US and abroad. This role focuses on data entry and fundamental accounting tasks to support daily financial operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling physical goods trading transactions and a strong understanding of basic accounting principles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is mandatory for this role.
Key Responsibilities
1. Enter financial data, including invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations, into the accounting system.
2. Handle communication with customers' and vendors' accounting departments to resolve invoicing, payment, and account-related inquiries promptly and professionally.
3. Enter payment information for ACH/Wire transfers and prepare payments for directors' approval.
4. Understand and manage the returns process, including handling Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs), tracking credits and debits with vendors and customers, and ensuring accurate financial reconciliation.
