Leading Legal 500 heavyweight seeks experienced agricultural property lawyer to bolster its team in Birmingham. My client is a leading firm which boasts an impressive pedigree across a number of legal disciplines, not least within the agricultural sector where it is recognised as a genuine heavyweight with a market-leading reputation.
As part of its ongoing expansion in Birmingham, the firm is looking to recruit an experienced property lawyer to work with its clients within the agricultural and landed estates field. Working closely with a senior associate and as part of a firm-wide national team, you will be handling a caseload of transactions such as:
1. farm payment entitlements
2. tenancy agreements
3. sales and purchases of agricultural land
4. overage and option agreements
This is an exceptional opportunity for a lawyer with previous experience of working on agricultural property matters, perhaps as part of a larger caseload, and who now wants to focus on developing their career with a prominent firm within the agricultural and landed estates sector. It is likely that you will have accrued between 1-4 years PQE or equivalent and will be looking to join a leading firm in Birmingham which is recognised for both high quality work and offering genuine career prospects for those looking for personal development.
The firm also offers a highly competitive salary, as well as great benefits and opportunities for hybrid working. To discuss this agricultural property lawyer position, call Greg Reid at Price Richardson or forward your CV in absolute confidence, either directly via the Price Richardson website or using the ‘apply’ link.
Price Richardson is a leading provider of retained search and recruitment services exclusively to the legal profession. Working primarily on senior level and partner hires, our experience at the top end of the market sets us apart as a recruiter of choice for top tier firms across the UK. Price Richardson is acting as an employment agency in relation to this vacancy. Where PQE is referred to, this should be taken as indicative only and does not preclude applicants with other levels of experience who can display the necessary skill-set and supervisory requirements from being considered.
