About the Position
Business Support
* Understands the short/medium term business requirements and advises the most appropriate HR solutions
* Provides advice to managers and employees on HR policies and practices
* Works closely with Group Guidelines and line managers and Houston Operation Center ensuring delivery of HR process and ensure the implementation of HR Campaigns.
* Leads the change management projects and support the HR related internal communications
* Responsible for the coordination and execution of one or more HR functions and/or responsible for developing new HR projects or initiatives for Boston Operating Center
* Support the business in workforce planning and College partnerships with local Colleges/Universities
Talent Management
* Performs career talks
* Defines individual plans and career paths, with the aim of developing and increasing the talent within Boston
* Leads talent campaigns such as Performance Management, Talent Review, Succession planning and Job classification
* Support in implementation of Individual Development Plans and Performance Improvement Plans
Learning & Development
* Liaises with L&D to define focused actions and programs to ensure competency growth within Boston Operating Center
Talent Engagement
* Actively engages with employees and managers for operational and people management topics
* Builds a strong business relationship with the business as well as employees
* Proposes best practices and supports the delivery of such proposals
* Promotes Company culture and initiates positive changes in the scope of operation
* Collaborates with Talent Acquisition team/Campus Manager
About You
We'd love to hear from you if your profile meets the following essential requirements:
* 10 years industry experience & bachelor's degree
* Knowledge of Local Labor law, HR management methods and tools
* Strong HR operations, workforce planning, coaching and development experience
* Demonstrated effective presentation skills, including ability to adapt communication style to fit audience
* Excellent Communication skills (listen, analyze and influence people)
* Ability to work under pressure on multiple projects and deadlines
* Ability to effectively prioritize workload and manage changes in direction
* Strong planning and organizational skills
* Negotiation
