Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement machine learning strategies, focusing on language models for biological data analysis and protein engineering.
2. Design and execute ML pipelines for processing and analyzing large-scale genomic and proteomic datasets.

4. Create AI-driven platforms for protein structure prediction, function optimization, and stability enhancement.
5. Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI, computational biology, and protein engineering.
6. Integrate ML solutions into our broader R&D pipeline, particularly in protein engineering projects.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or a related field.
2. Expertise in natural language processing, language models, and their application to biological data and protein sequences.
3. Understanding of protein structure, function, and the principles of protein engineering.
4. Proven experience in developing and deploying large-scale ML systems for protein design and optimization.
5. Programming skills, particularly in Python and R, with experience in protein modelling software.
6. Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and big data technologies for handling large protein datasets.
