Representing some of the most exclusive homes in the UK, this role offers the chance to work with multi-million-pound properties and an affluent client base, delivering an unrivalled level of service in a high-performance, fast-paced environment.
Salary & Benefits:
Basic Salary: Up to £30,000
OTE: £55,000+ Car Allowance
Hours: Mon-Thurs: 8:30-6 pm (Early Finish on Friday)
Key Responsibilities:
Managing a portfolio of luxury properties, ensuring seamless client experiences from instruction to completion.
Conducting high-value market appraisals advising clients on pricing strategies and marketing approaches.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, vendors, and buyers.
Negotiating and closing premium property sales, ensuring optimal outcomes for all parties.
Handling inbound inquiries professionally, delivering expert advice on prime property transactions.
Proactively sourcing new business opportunities expanding market presence through networking and referrals.
Liaising with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and key stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.
Consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets, driving revenue and market share growth.
