Our goal is to create a supportive, welcoming, and non-intimidating space where everyone—from complete beginners to fitness pros—feel at home. What You’ll Be Doing: As our receptionist, you’ll be at the heart of the action, making sure our members and visitors receive the best experience possible. Your key responsibilities will include: ✔️ Greeting members with a smile and creating a warm, inviting atmosphere ✔️ Conducting club tours and assisting with membership sign-ups ✔️ Booking appointments and handling general administrative tasks ✔️ Keeping the gym looking its best by helping with the cleaning and upkeep and organisation of facilities & equipment ✔️ Being a go-to person for any customer queries or concerns What We’re Looking For: ✅ A friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude ✅ Previous experience in a customer-facing role (retail, hospitality, or similar—fitness industry experience is a plus, but not essential) ✅ A proactive, can-do attitude—you’re happy to get stuck into a variety of tasks ✅ Ability to work a flexible schedule, including late evenings, and weekends Why Join Workout Ashton?
