We are currently seeking a Store Manager for our growing Luton team.
The Store:
As the Luton Store Manager, you will lead and inspire a team to deliver great results through your commerciality, collaboration, resilience, and customer obsession. You will have the opportunity to significantly impact our customers' shopping experience by creating an unforgettable shopping journey.
The Role:
You will lead your team to create a customer-obsessed atmosphere, delivering a shopping experience that helps customers express their individuality through fashion. You will be fully accountable for store performance, working alongside your Territory Leader to identify opportunities impacting KPIs, customer service, team development, and overall sales.
About You:
* Previous store/deputy management experience
* Track record of effectively leading and managing a team
* Identify as a New Look brand adorer
* History of delivering and exceeding KPIs and key objectives
* Commercial acumen
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Exceptional organizational skills for inventory management and stock control
