First-Class Academic Mentor Responsibilities:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support for up to five students, fostering their academic growth.
* Lead interventions in key subjects, tailored to students' individual learning needs.
* Assist students both inside and outside the classroom, creating an inclusive and productive learning environment.
* Collaborate closely with class teachers and other professionals to support students with behavioural and SEND requirements.
* Act as a positive role model, instilling confidence and motivation in learners.
Essential Requirements:
* A 1:1 degree from a leading UK university.
* Previous experience in tutoring, mentoring, or child-based roles (preferred).
* Strong and confident approach to behaviour management.
* Passion for working with SEND students and creating a supportive educational environment.
* A proactive, enthusiastic, and empathetic attitude.
