2. Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring timely completion of customer orders and stock builds.
3. Oversee inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and manage component availability.
4. Transition the production process from a line-based system to zoned production cells.
5. Monitor and enhance production performance using key performance indicators (KPIs).
6. Collaborate with sales and purchasing teams to optimise production planning and scheduling.
7. Maintain and update production documentation, including work instructions and labelling.
8. Investigate and resolve non-conformance reports and customer complaints.
9. Conduct internal bench testing, calibration, and equipment maintenance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
10. Support the Quality Manager with regulatory affairs and related activities.
11. Foster a safe and healthy working environment by educating and directing staff on the correct use of equipment and resources.
12. Lead HR responsibilities for the team, including recruitment, training, performance management, and staff development.
What We’re Looking For:

2. Background in ISO quality systems, such as ISO 9001 or ISO 13485.
3. Hands-on experience with power tools and assembly equipment.
4. Experience working in an SME environment (preferred).
5. Strong leadership skills, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
6. Exceptional attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
7. Proficiency with computer systems and software.
