Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To
Project manage a number of internally produced content at Hyde Park Winter Wonderland (HPWW)
Pre/Post Event
1. Design, produce, resource and manage the HPWW Ice Rink and Ice Slide.
2. Design, produce, resource and manage IMG’s internally operated bars (currently x3 venues although this number is subject to change).
3. Resource and manage Bar Ice (no design input required).
4. Researching, programming and booking all live performances artists across all IMG owned projects on site at HPWW – including the bandstand entertainment at the Ice Rink and IMG operated bars.
5. Liaise with IMG Sales and Hospitality teams to facilitate group and corporate bookings for each of the IMG bars.
6. Management of site wide ambient music/playlist at HPWW.
7. Design, produce, resource, choose stock and manage the Winter Wonderland merchandise shop, activation on site and managing Event Creative Coordinator to action.
8. Taking full creative control over the final aesthetic effect of each designated project.
9. Continually looking at new, more efficient ways to increase consumer spend at each in-house project.
10. Acting as key point of contact for other income generating suppliers such as photographers and merchandise providers
11. Sourcing, appointing and liaising with external suppliers throughout the design, planning, build and completion of the project, including structure and technical suppliers, scenery builders and prop makers.
12. Negotiating competitive quotes and managing the tight project budgets, paying careful attention to keep the balance between creative impact and economic efficiency.
13. Production of post-event audits and pre-event forecasts that give the full P&L business plan for each project.
14. Working closely with the Event Creative Senior Director to ensure each project works within the overall theme and design of the event.
15. Co-managing the Event Creative Coordinator with the Event Creative Senior Director.
16. On-site lead during the build and breakdown phases of the event, ensuring all plans and budgets are being adhered to, within each designated project.
Live Event Phase
17. Managing Senior Bar Manager/Deputy to control cost of sales at all IMG owned bars and retail, including alcohol, disposable glasses, cups and merchandise.
18. Operational Management all freelance management, temporary staff for all responsible in-house projects, including overseeing staff rota management, training, guidance and discipline.
19. Managing all live performance artists, dressing rooms, equipment and sound engineers.
20. Key IMG Operational management team member ‘Bronze/Silver’ level onsite at HPWW.
21. Impact – Innovation of A & E designated projects, moved forward through creative direction/review, contributing to the constant improvement in delivery and development of the overall A & E business, in line with strategic aims.
22. Communication – To present concepts, projects and reviews, competently and creatively to senior company executives, divisional senior management and core team peers.
23. Innovation – Use of key attributes and abilities to develop creative ideas, present, estimate feasibility and continuously introduce innovative elements and projects in line with specific event criteria and division aims.
24. Knowledge – Use of broad industry experience to lead the business forward in creative thinking, in line with strategic aims. Key member and influencer of core project team, managing support, administrative and operational coordinators/managers as required. Leading wide range of temporary project managers and experts/suppliers on each designated project, in planning stages and on site.
25. Maintain a global awareness of industry trends, concepts and ideas.

26. Successful delivery of new and/or existing visitor destinations at the event, on time and to budget
27. New ideas well researched, presented and ultimately delivered to the high standards expected of the events
28. Maximization of commercial revenues
You Will Have The Following Strengths
29. Experience within the creative, hospitality and/or live performance industries
30. Strong history of project management within the temporary event/festival industry
31. Experience with running large teams of temporary staff
32. Vast network of industry contacts
33. Experience of budget management and running the P&L across several projects concurrently

Working Conditions:
45. This is a permanent role.
46. Location: Chiswick Park, London
47. Working hours are: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM - Regular weekends, bank holidays and after hours work at HPWW
48. Working days are: Monday - Friday
49. Travel: You may also be required to travel to events in line with the Arts & Entertainment portfolio, including Glide at Battersea Power Station and Big Feastival. Outside of event travel, there will be a requirement to travel for meetings as part of the role.
