Overview: The company are looking for an IT Support Specialist apprentice to join their team, as they continue to scale. As an IT Support Specialist apprentice you will get the chance to work alongside a talented and passionate group of individuals, who put innovation at the heart of everything they do. Over the course of the apprenticeship, you will work closely with the existing IT team - who will offer guidance and support throughout, your mentor will be an ex-QA apprentice. Logging, tracking and resolving IT support requests. Work with colleagues to make use of the Office 365 suite and SharePoint. Monitoring of system health and security. Administering Identity and Access Management. Troubleshooting technical issues in the IT infrastructure. Working week: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.
