* Managing purchase ledger activities.
* Processing invoices in a timely manner.
* Performing account reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
* Handling supplier queries efficiently and professionally.
* Any ad hoc duties as requested by the Finance Manager
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Assistant candidate should have:
* Proven skills working in a similar role
* A good understanding of finance processes and procedures
* Excellent communication skills to handle supplier queries.
* Ability to work effectively in a team.
* Experience using Finance Systems
