We are looking for candidates with experience of delivering training, knowledge of Quality Improvement tools & techniques and the ability to manage & progress multiple QI projects across our organisation then we want to hear from you.
The team has an established approach and supports colleagues across the organisation to develop and deliver QI projects in their areas of work. You will work alongside QI practitioners and collaborate closely with the Clinical Outcome Team and other colleagues in Nursing & Quality.
You will require excellent communication and organisation skills and to be able to work as part of a team to deliver QI training and support.
Main duties of the job
* Provide and receive complex information to members of multi-specialty QI Project Teams across the organisation
* Provide high quality project management, service, initiative and administrative support including information and analysis.
* Undertake reporting and analysis of information in order to support delivery of QI projects across the organisation
* Enable, promote and support the effective use of data, information, knowledge and technology to improve, inform and support a portfolio of projects, services and initiatives.
* Organise & deliver specialised Quality Improvement training.
* Support & assist QI practitioners in day to day management of the progress of QI projects across the organisation.
* To support the Quality Improvement Team in the organisation with the day to day management of quality improvement data and activity across the organisation.

Person Specification
Experience
* Experience of working with multidisciplinary teams.
* Responsible for data entry, text processing or storage of data compiled for others using paper or computer based systems.
* Negotiating, networking and persuasive skills.
* Proven ability working in an administrative role, including initiating and maintaining office systems and have an ability to pull together comprehensive draft statistical reports, data and letters.
* Problem solving skills and ability to respond to sudden unexpected demands.
* Arranging facilitating and participate in multi-disciplinary meetings.
* Demonstrable experience in dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
* Working knowledge of Databases and other trust IT systems: eg Datix, MS Teams, MS 365, Power BI
* Action tracking and meeting administration
Qualifications
* Educated to degree level or equivalent level of experience or training or working at a similar level in a specialist area.
* Project management qualification such as PRINCE 2.
Knowledge
* Knowledge and experience of a formal project management methodology.
* Competent user of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
* Knowledge of Governance, Risk or Compliance Education.
