About our Project Manager role:
As our Project Manager, you will lead on the delivery of projects across the Homes Directorate engaging a range of external stakeholders, funders, contractors, developers, and consultants to deliver successful projects based on quality as well as financial indicators.
This is a fully hybrid role but there are expectations to attend the office when required. It is envisaged this will be 2-3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities as our Project Manager:
1. Identify project and partnership opportunities through agents, marketing websites, networks, and stakeholder contacts.
2. Carry out scheme feasibility assessments by undertaking site visits and schemes appraisals.
3. Maintain and monitor the financial position of projects against original budgets, update and forecast cash flow, and report on variances as required.
4. Prepare and submit accurate project information to all necessary parties including statutory bodies, Executive team, and the Board as required.
5. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety Regulations for all projects.

For this role we are looking for individuals who have:
1. Degree or equivalent standard of education.
2. At least 2 years’ experience of Project Management and delivering successful outcomes.
3. Experience of managing grant funded schemes including Homes England grant and audit requirements.
4. An understanding of construction and building process, ability to interpret plans & drawings.
5. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
6. Innovative and have the confidence to contribute original ideas.
7. Valid UK Driving license and access to a car.
