Smiths Hire are the Northwest’s Largest Independent Equipment Hire Company with 18 Hire It Centres located across the Region. We are currently looking for a self-sufficient Hire Controller / Trade Counter to join our team at the Liverpool depot.
Smiths Equipment Hire are looking for people who are energetic, enthusiastic and share our values in providing a fantastic customer experience – build relationships and form part of a great team atmosphere.
This role involves working in a depot team to provide outstanding customer service. Dealing with customer enquiries over the phone and face to face in the depot, making sure our customers are the key to everything we do, and they receive the service they deserve.
Do not worry about industry knowledge, through our own bespoke training facility we offer full training on products and systems.
Working hours are: Monday to Friday (No Saturdays)
