Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Administrator/Receptionist to join our Administration team on a bank basis. You will be called upon to work as needed, during busy or quieter periods, providing exceptional administrative support across various hospital departments.
Key Responsibilities
* Liaise effectively with patients, consultants, and hospital staff
* Provide high standards of administrative support
* Adapt to varying workload demands
Candidate Requirements
* GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Outlook
* Experience with Electronic Patient Record systems is advantageous
* Professional, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
* Computer literate and adaptable
