Working Hours: 21 hours per week Interview Date: 7 May 2025 An exciting opportunity exists to serve our Corps (our Churches) throughout Bedfordshire. This role will provide a wide range of administrative support (including financial) to our Corps, to ensure our mission and ministry is able to function in a safe and complaint manner. The Corps Administrative Support role will work closely with our Corps in covering Bedford, Dunstable, Eaton Bray, Luton, Leighton Buzzard, Potton to support our team of Officers engaging in mission and ministry. We are offering a flexible working approach to work location to suit the successful candidate and will accept applications for remote working (successful candidate must be able to travel across Bedfordshire to support Corps as required) To be successful in the post you will: embrace being actively involved in bookkeeping and banking, creating, and updating risk assessments, essential health and safety elements, ensuring we are updating safeguarding matters, liaising with our property, HR and finance teams where appropriate and general administrative support. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate: ? Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams etc ? Experience of administration in team settings and organisations ? Excellent level of English, both written and spoken ? Ability to prioritise, organise, manage your diary, visits to Corps over a geographical area in the Bedfordshire and surrounding areas. ? Must have access to a car for work ? Ability to handle confidential information appropriately ? Ability to work on own initiative ?
