As our Salesforce Administrator, you’ll manage, develop, and support the system that powers our core CRM, case management, and sales processes, ensuring our teams have the tools they need to deliver an outstanding experience to our customers.
You will work closely with users across the business to optimize how we use the platform. Managing and supporting the Salesforce user community, you’ll ensure they have the right access, training, and support to get the most out of the system. This includes setting up new users and overseeing the Joiners/Movers/Leavers process.
You’ll keep the platform secure, efficient, and up to date, configure, build, and test new features, ensuring changes meet business needs. You’ll manage system integrations and ensure updates in other parts of our tech stack don’t disrupt Salesforce operations, always looking for ways to improve how we use Salesforce - whether it’s implementing best practices, creating reports and dashboards, or optimizing data storage.
When issues arise, you’ll manage tickets escalated from 1st line support, work with third-party partners on complex problems, and liaise with Salesforce support when needed. You’ll track system performance, monitor usage, gather user feedback, prepare users for new Salesforce releases, and identify opportunities to automate business processes, ensuring the platform evolves to support our growth.
What you’ll bring to the team:
We’re looking for someone with experience in a similar position, ideally with a Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification. You’ll have a strong understanding of contact centre operations and technology with extensive experience managing and maintaining Salesforce systems, performing upgrades, and ensuring smooth integrations with other platforms.
You’ll need to be confident working with Salesforce databases, have an eye for data integrity and reporting, and be able to understand business priorities to make smart decisions about what to focus on. You should also be comfortable managing relationships with third-party partners to ensure the platform operates smoothly.
What’s in it for you:
