Job Description
We are looking for people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a difference in the quality of life for our clients. With availability to work days and evening calls around the Chepstow area. Our highly respected Care Professionals are at the heart of what we do, providing the very best home care and helping us elevate the care experience.
Shifts are available between 06.45am-23.00pm
You will be expected to work one evening per week and every other weekend is also required.
With immediate starts available for those looking to start a career in care or those who already have experience in care.
We will carefully match you to our clients, in your local community, and you will support them to live happy, independent lives by providing:
* Companionship and help around the home
* Preparation and support with meals
* Prompting and assisting your client with their medication
* Supporting with personal care and to get dressed
* Social visits and support with appointments and shopping trips
Home Instead is unique in the care industry as all our visits are a minimum of 1 hour. We believe that this time is needed for you to establish meaningful relationships with your clients and make a REAL difference in their lives every day!
As a Care Professional at Home Instead you will receive industry-leading training, great rates of pay, and 24/7 support from our office team.
* Excellent rates of pay, £12.00 Monday to Friday, £12.50 at weekends and double time on bank holidays
* Part-time hours available
* All visits are a minimum of an hour
* Paid mileage- 30p per mile
