Amazon Freight (AF) - Amazon's external facing Freight service is hiring a Senior Product Manager to manage our Full truckload (FTL) expansion in Europe. You will be responsible for scoping and developing new products and services for AF FTL business, gathering customer needs and proposing business cases to drive profitable growth. You will take a pivotal role in contributing to our business growth in EU.
Key job responsibilities
1. Scope and design completely new service offerings to customers from scratch
2. Develop business cases and get leadership support to experiment with new transportation capabilities
3. Understand customer needs and design a solution to deliver value to them
4. Pilot and scale new products and services delivering value to both customers and our business
5. Manage P&L for new products and frame a strategy to further scale them throughout the years

Amazon Freight allows both small and large businesses to use Amazon to transport palletized goods across Europe. This is an innovative technology-driven service currently growing rapidly in Europe. We are a technology powered business, and we utilize Amazon's expertise in technology and operations to delight our shippers. Amazon Freight utilizes Amazon's best-in-class logistics and transportation operations.
Within Amazon Freight, we are a team of product and program managers that develop solutions to enhance shipper experience and drive profitable growth across various ship modes.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent
2. Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
3. Experience with end to end product delivery
4. Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
5. Experience as a product manager or owner
6. Experience owning technology products
7. Experience with product cycles of 6+ months
8. Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
1. Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
2. Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
