About the Role: Are you a detail-oriented and proactive HR professional looking for a new challenge? Radis Community Care is seeking an HR Administrator to join our vibrant team at our Tamworth head office. This is an office-based role with no hybrid option, so candidates must hold a full driving licence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Employee Records: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* HR Transactions: Process new starter paperwork, RTW, terminations, and employee changes.
* HRIS Management: Ensure data integrity, create accounts, manage access permissions, and advise users on system functionalities.
* Payroll Support: Assist with payroll functions and update employee records promptly.
* Technical Troubleshooting: Address and report technical issues efficiently.
* Compliance: Ensure adherence to GDPR and other data protection regulations.
* Documentation: Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and references in line with safeguarding guidelines.
* Benefits Administration: Liaise with benefit providers for timely and accurate administration.
* Employee Support: Serve as a point of contact for HR policies, procedures, and benefits inquiries.
* Audit Support: Provide necessary documentation for internal and external audits.
* Process Improvement: Collaborate with the HR team to enhance processes and achieve HR excellence.

Skills and Qualifications: We are looking for a self-motivated, conscientious, and well-organized individual with at least 12 months of experience in a busy HR department. A Level 3 CIPD qualification is advantageous. Strong IT skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems are essential.
