Job summary Are you an ACCA/CIMA qualified finance manager looking for a new challenge? We are recruiting for an experienced Finance Manager to join our R&D finance team based at our Littlemore Mental Health Centre in Oxford to support the development of our financial management processes, systems and deployment of resources for our directorate income and expenditure. This is a key role within our team where you'll be working closely with the R&D Finance Business Partner and the R&D Senior Accountant to oversee budget control, reporting and forecast analysis for income streams across the directorate. You'll be pivotal in ensuring successful financial management of the R&D function which will involve collaboration with the Medical Director, Oxford University, National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR), other research bodies and commercial research partners. If you're an Excel superuser who loves working with large data sets and you have NHS finance experience within R&D, we want to hear from you Main duties of the job Responsible for the accuracy and integrity of the reporting of the directorate I&E position against plan monthly, ensuring that all relevant and required accounting entries have been made in the Trust's electronic finance system.
