Salt has partnered with a specialist firm that provides leadership & development training for businesses across the country and overseas.

They are on an impressive growth journey with the plan to go from a £7 million ARR business to a £40 million ARR in the next few years.
This is a brand new role within their growing Marketing team, reporting into the Marketing Director. It is a perfect fit for someone who can hit the ground running and can immediately begin to create, collate and develop compelling content.
The ideal candidate with be a skilled writer and editor, with a curious and innovative style. They will also be strong on modern content marketing techniques including social media and multi-format content utilisation. Alongside this creative skillset, the ideal candidate will be organised and data-driven, focused on the key metrics that will drive success.
(Please note this role is fully remote but you must be based within the UK)
Responsibilities:
1. Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing goals.
2. Plan and develop site content, style and layout
3. Content ideation
4. Write, Create, Edit, and publish engaging content
5. Optimize content for SEO.
6. Analyze website traffic and users engagement metrics
7. Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms
8. Develop an editorial calendar
Requirements and skills:
9. 4+ years’ work experience as a Content writer/manager.
10. Must have experience of addressing a B2B audience
11. Experience working as a Content Manager within the Education/ Mentoring/ HR industry.
12. Skilled Content Writing and management experience.
13. Hands on experience with MS Office and WordPress
14. Basic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing
15. Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics
