Project Management Office Coordinator Location: Remote (adhoc visits to Maidenhead) Full Time - 09:00-17:30 Salary - Up to £34,000 (depending on experience) You must have great communication skills and be able to communicate with all different levels of the business. Overall Purpose of Job The PMO Coordinator provides administrative support to the Kensington Project Management Office. The role will maintain documentation, provide information and reporting to stakeholders and senior management across the organisation, coordinate communication, and support at both a Portfolio and individual project delivery level. Key Accountabilities Support the PMO updating project framework and methodology documentation. Ensure that all project-related documentation is up-to-date, accurate, and easily accessible. Assist with quality assurance activity, including reporting and trend analysis. Assist in project and Portfolio reporting, including maintaining project status reports and producing regular project status updates. Coordinate meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and document decisions and actions. Support the change forums, ensuring information is accurate, available and communicated. Provide administration support to ensure the ADO (Azure DevOps) standards are adhered to. Provide administrative support for the Portfolio Risk Management process. Provide administrative support for the Lessons Learnt process. Provide project support to individual deliveries as required. Support audits, both internal and external by providing the appropriate documentation and information required. Administer timesheets and provide reporting and analysis to support the internal cost tracking of change. Contribute to process improvements by identifying areas where efficiencies can be gained in project delivery and reporting. Experience, Knowledge, Skills Previous experience in a PMO, project support, or administrative role within a corporate or professional services environment. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines. High attention to detail with a focus on delivering accurate and thorough work. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with internal stakeholders. A proactive mindset, demonstrating initiative and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges. Experience working in a regulated environment, ideally financial services.
