Our client is looking to appoint a Sales and Marketing Executive to join their growing team. Our client is a well-established and prestigious charity that does vital work in their area of expertise.

Your role is vital and will work across multiple sectors and markets to help drive the next stage in their business development initiatives. You will be conducting research, generating a portfolio of new leads and investments, and helping existing customers maximize their use of trusted datasets and reports. Working closely with the Engagement Lead and Programme Officers, you will engage with businesses and financial institutions around the world.
As the Sales and Marketing Executive, you will partner with Programme Officers and the Technical team to ensure best-in-class customer service and support new product development. You will also help raise awareness of the organisation, representing the alliance externally and supporting marketing and communications efforts.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Develop, own, and implement multi-year channel strategies and plans
2. Email marketing campaigns
3. Manage social media platforms
4. Lead generation
5. Deliver demonstrations to potential clients
6. Research and share new developments in the wider market
7. Identify opportunities for organisation engagement
8. Develop stakeholder relations across the organisation and alliances
9. Develop and deliver engagement action plans
10. Represent the organisation at industry events and in webinars, proactively identifying opportunities for sector engagement
11. Deliver virtual and in-person demonstrations to potential clients
12. Own and manage Client Relationship Management system and related email marketing to engage current and prospective customers and deliver customer service excellence
13. Respond to customer queries to provide timely, high-quality customer and product support
14. Help develop training materials, including tutorial videos and briefing notes to provide clear and engaging training sessions to customers
15. Identify opportunities for engagement via the website and platform
Your Qualifications:
1. Experience in a Sales and Marketing or Lead Generation role that allows you to use your skills and further develop them within the organisation
2. Experience of planning and deploying marketing and sales plans to deliver products
3. Excellent project management, administrative, and organisational skills
4. Experience of working in partnerships with a variety of stakeholders
5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
6. Commercially minded
