Job Title: Locum Audiologist Band: 5 Location: Guildford Rate: £19-22 per hour Working Hours: 4 days per week, 7:45 AM - 5:45 PM Start Date: December Duration: Ongoing Barnsley Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Locum Audiologist to join their team in Guildford. This position involves providing audiology services in a busy ENT clinic. The role requires experience with AuditBase, fitting Oticon hearing aids, and working in a fast-paced clinical environment. The position will be for four days a week, starting in December, offering the opportunity to contribute to the team while providing high-quality care. Responsibilities: As a Locum Audiologist, you will be responsible for conducting diagnostic audiology assessments, fitting Oticon hearing aids, and ensuring the best patient outcomes in a busy ENT clinic setting. You will use AuditBase software for managing patient records and scheduling, working closely with ENT specialists to provide comprehensive care. The role will involve handling a high caseload, delivering timely and accurate assessments and fittings for patients with various hearing needs. You will be expected to manage appointments efficiently and provide high-quality patient care. Qualifications and Experience: HCPC Registration as an Audiologist Experience using AuditBase software Proficiency in fitting Oticon hearing aids Experience in an ENT clinic or similar setting Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and audiology skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage a busy workload Why work with Pulse?
