Purpose:
To enable the effective delivery of the marketing campaign strategy across the organisations brand, products and customer groups. They work with the Marketing Manager and other colleagues in the Sales & Marketing team to provide strategic digital marketing campaigns in line with organisational strategy and departmental objectives.
Principal accountabilities:
1. Supporting the Marketing Manager to meet the key objectives of the 3-year growth plan, which aims to deliver Matrixs core business strategy while strengthening our value proposition and brand differentiation.
2. Own and execute key campaign initiatives, contributing to the overall success of the Marketing strategy.
