Areas of Accountability and Responsibility
1. Learning and gaining experience in general Marine engineering
2. Assisting in assembling Engines to hulls
3. Assisting in assembling jet drives and propulsion system
4. Assisting in the installation of Hydraulics and fire suppression system
5. Assisting in pipe fitting
6. Gaining understanding of the relevance of bilge/Fuel/Water systems
Qualifications and Experience
1. The ability to learn to read and interpret engineering drawings
2. Interest in engineering processes and the marine industry
3. The ability to understand and work to the requirements of the Health and Safety at Work Act
4. Willingness to learn and understand ISO procedures for quality
5. Ability to work to a high standard
6. Team player
