Description Trade Planning Assistant £37,600 to £50,000 plus great benefits (Work Level 6A) Scunthorpe / Manchester, in this role you’ll work in a hybrid way splitting your time between home and coming into the office at least once a fortnight (find out more about our hybrid working policy at colleagues.coop.co.uk/hybrid-working-policy). We’re looking for two Trade Planning Assistants to join our Nisa team. In this role you’ll be responsible for the delivery of the annual trade plan for Nisa and work closely with our trading team to develop and execute strong trade driving promotions. You’ll be joining our team at a time of huge transformation, giving you the opportunity to play a lead role in shaping our trade plans and bring new ideas to improve the way we do things. What you’ll do Be responsible for the delivery of the agreed annual trade plan in Nisa for a specific category Write engaging briefs and work with internal teams and suppliers to agree promotions that bring innovation to the promotional package Work with the Campaign and Communications team, making sure they have all the information and inputs they need to brilliantly activate each campaign in communications Collaborate with our Category Controller’s to complete the agreed strategy and promotional materials Be the voice of the customer guiding the shape of the customer offer Measure promotional performance by working with finance and insight teams Keep up to date with the current market, finding opportunities for us to continuously improve our proposition This role would suit people who have Brilliant communications skills, with the ability to write clear and motivating briefs A strategic approach and always look for continuous improvements Experience managing team delivery in accordance with agreed budgets Good data analysis skills Experience in a transformation role Why Co-op?
