£12.00 per hour (unqualified) to £12.30 per hour (qualified)
In this role, you will be an integral member of the support team contributing to and ensuring the high quality of care and support for individuals within the Cupar Service.
Within the Cupar Service specifically we provide flexible support to individuals with mental health issues, learning disabilities, and physical disabilities. There is a need for personal care within the service on varying levels. The role of a Support Worker is to support and develop our supported individuals to allow them to partake in the transition from institutional care to social housing with the final goal being able to live as independently as possible within the community.
The service and support we provide is built around the individual, taking on board their needs, choices, and aspirations. No day is ever the same, but every day is rewarding to see how much joy these individuals get from the support you will provide.

Requirements
* A current driving licence, business insurance and the use of a car for work purposes are desirable however not essential in this role
