About The Role: Days of Working: Monday to Friday Shift Pattern: 07:00am to 16:00pm Role overview You will supervise a team in providing exceptional service for all coffee and beverage needs within our workplace café. This includes overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of service, and maintaining a welcoming environment. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday. Main Duties & Responsibilities of the Role Ensure agreed standards of service are maintained in all areas and guests are treated professionally and courteously at all times. Supervise and train barista staff to ensure consistent quality and service. Manage inventory and order supplies as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café area. Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages to guests. Prepare and serve hot food items to guests, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Interact with clients and guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Use equipment correctly and report any faults to the Catering Manager. Carry out any reasonable request made by a member of management. About You: Must have the right to work in the UK. Previous experience as a barista and in a supervisory role. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise tasks. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with different departments. Friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with guests and clients.
