We have a fantastic opportunity for a Business Analyst to join the new Data & Analytics team based flexibly out of our offices in Leatherhead.
Reporting into the Head of Data and Analytics, you will work across projects and programmes to identify business problems and opportunities; analysing, documenting, and validating requirements to then define and implement suitable IT and business solutions around Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, and Data Science.
Key Accountabilities will include:
1. Plan and manage the analysis tasks throughout a project using a range of best practice analysis tools to elicit, document, analyse and validate functional and non-functional requirements.
2. Manage requirements throughout the end-to-end lifecycle.
3. Work closely with internal developers, data analysts, and external 3rd party suppliers to design, test and implement suitable solutions.
We are looking for a qualified Business Analyst with experience of undertaking a full end-to-end role on multiple or complex projects/programmes. You will have a strong understanding of business analysis techniques and delivering methodologies such as Scrum Agile.
To be successful in this role you will be a collaborative and effective communicator with the ability to interact with stakeholders of all levels as well as the skills to breakdown complex problems and manage projects through to successful completion.
