Your collaborative nature and expertise in multiagency support integration are pivotal to nurturing effective outcomes for clients. What the Job Involves The role centers on delivering in-reach support to tenants within the Enfield street homeless accommodation service, aligned with the Rough Sleeper Accommodation Project (RSAP). Core tasks include conducting comprehensive needs assessments as per the Care Act 2014 and offering intensive societal integration support and crisis intervention. Another component is fostering a multiagency collaboration to aid in tenancy sustainment and transition to long-term suitable accommodation, aiming to minimize the return to street living. You will work closely with a team of support staff, welfare, debt, and employment advisors to serve up to 20 Housing First tenants effectively.
