A degree in Maths or a related subject. Evidence of ongoing professional development or training. Experience Experience teaching Maths at secondary level, including to students of varying abilities. Evidence of a positive impact on student progress and achievement. Experience contributing to curriculum development (desirable for experienced teachers). Skills and Attributes A strong ability to inspire, engage, and challenge students. Excellent subject knowledge and the ability to deliver high-quality teaching.
