As a Sales Advisor based in Brentford, you’ll be responsible for:
1. Serving customers on the trade counter, identifying their specific needs and recommending suitable products.
2. Responding to customer inquiries by phone and email promptly and courteously, maintaining a proactive approach.
3. Actively identifying and pursuing opportunities to drive sales within the branch, engaging both new and existing customers.
4. Completing general warehouse duties, including picking and packing orders (which will involve some heavy lifting), organizing deliveries and merchandising displays to a high standard.
This is a full-time permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm, along with Saturday mornings on a rota basis from 8am - 12noon, paid as overtime.

2. A proactive, hands-on attitude, showing initiative and a willingness to support all areas of the branch while working within a small team.
