Physio Disability Assessor
Location: Hastings – Hybrid (mixture of remote and on–site working)
Salary: GBP39,500 pa
Permanent – Mon–Fri, on a hybrid working basis.

As a Disability Assessor, you'll be responsible for:
1. Carrying out full, holistic assessments with individuals who have a varied range of physical and/or mental health conditions seeking to receive the WCA (Work Capability) benefit scheme.
2. Working within an office style environment and at home, completing meaningful and respectful assessments over the telephone, video, or face–to–face.
3. Interpreting medical evidence and gathering your findings into a comprehensive report to support the decision–making process by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).

Requirements as a Disability Assessor:
1. HCPC registration is required.
2. At least 1 year's broad–based post-registration experience; UK experience is essential.
3. Proactive, keen to learn, and receptive to feedback.
4. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
5. Ability to work autonomously; I.T competency is a must–have.
